Documentation doesn't explain how to install/use the CLI

• VS Code extension: syntax highlighting and a live preview panel for .lor files.
• Online playground: write and run Loreline scripts directly in the browser.
• CLI: a command-line tool for running .lor files, available for macOS, Linux, and Windows.

"CLI" should link to instructions to install the CLI. (Or at least instructions to download Loreline from Github and build the CLI from scratch.)

There should also be a documentation page explaining how to use the CLI.
