License issues

I would like to make you aware that this project uses the following dependencies that are licensed under the AGPL3.0 license:

• pymupdf is invoked for instance in here.
• ultralytics is invoked for example here.

That means due to the strong copyleft of the AGPL3.0 license this project has to have the same license and cannot be licensed under the MIT license.

Also, the molecular detection models MolDet, MolDetv2 and MolDetv2-YOLO26 are derived from YOLO11 and YOLO26, which are both also licensed under the AGPL3.0 license.
