Git & Github - Part 1

In this class we'll discuss the basics of Git and GitHub: pull, create/edit, stage, commit, push, and repeat.

• Getting Started - What is Git?

To do (before class)

• Install Git (see Introduction)
• Create an account on Github

Class structure

After finishing-up Structuring Projects, we'll use the remaining time for:

• Discussion
• (Re)starting your project's structure
• Setup of your project repository
• Troubleshooting
