Feature Request: Add support for "Device Sound" setting in Polar Wet Feeder

What is the issue?

Petlibro's Home Assistant Integration can't ring the bell if "Device Sound" is toggled off in the official petlibro app (Devices -> Polar Wet Food Feeder -> Cog on top right -> Device Sound).

Ringing the bell in home assistant (button.polar_wet_food_feeder_ring_bell) only works if "device sound" is also enabled in the official app.

Feature request: Add device sound on/off control

The home assistant integration can't ring the bell if "Device Sound" is off. I have not located an option to enable that. I would like to suggest adding support for that control.

My setup

• Device: PETLIBRO Polar Wet Food Feeder PLAF109
• Reolink E1 camera that detects pet presence
• Petlibro Home Assistant Integration
• Home Assistant automation that opens/closes the feeder based on pet presence.
• HA webhooks to change feeder bowl manually, open/close feeder lid, ring the bell, and several others commands.
