"How to protect against Wrench Attacks" framework

Hi @jlopp,

I was thinking maybe you should add a framework on “how to protect against wrench attacks” to the repo.
Since the list is THE international resource on wrench attacks, maybe we could develop it a bit further and help people with good practices and stuff.
I discussed this with Beau and he also think it could be interesting. I have already started working on something.

Sounds good; we do have 2 presentations linked at the top that cover a bunch of best practices but something that is more distilled could be valuable.
