The js/planner2.js seems to be modified version of file that is used on https://saraksti.rigassatiksme.lv page itself (the planner.js file).
Since js/planner2.js file was created the original file was changed to include Minibusses, where routes are downloaded from https://www.marsruti.lv/rigasmikroautobusi/bbus/readfile.php?name=routes.txt URL.
Please add support for that.
