Controlled climate entity turned on then off.

Hi All,

Hope someone can help. Just set this up to control heating for my wife’s office. First run this morning and v therm was set to comfort preset. This then set the temperature on the climate entity it controls which turned it on but then the climate entity turned off. I attach a couple of screenshots.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello @schford,

Without more information it is quite impossible to help.
What kind of VTherm do you have ? How do you configure it ? There thousand of configuration possibles.

So please give us at least:

1. you custom attributes: https://www.versatile-thermostat.org/en/docs/reference/#custom-attributes
2. some screen copy of the VTherm UI card whe the issue happens ? (You have one ?)
3. the reproduction steps. What have you done, what have you observ and what did you expect,
4. the underlying device brand and type.

What I can tell is that VTherm never turn off a device. Only in those cases:

1. open window detection if you have configured it,
2. auto-start/stop

When the Vtherm is off, you have the reason in the VTherm UI card. I'm pretty sure it will help.
