Auto-revert to Preset after Manual Temperature Override (Timed Manual Mode)

Currently, when I manually adjust the temperature, VTherm switches to the None preset and stays there indefinitely.
I would like a feature where a manual temperature adjustment can trigger a temporary override timer.

• Feature: A configurable "Manual Override Duration" (e.g., 2 hours).
• Behavior: When the temperature is changed manually, a timer starts. Once it expires, the thermostat automatically reverts to its previous preset or current schedule.

This would be a great safety net to ensure that manual changes don't accidentally leave the heating on high all night if someone forgets to reset it.

I think this is a good idea and I guess i can you the timed preset feature (but without a preset). I turn this into a Feature Request (in the issues).
