BinTray has now officially been shut down. All http://dl.bintray.com/* URLs now give a 403 Forbidden error. With no responses on this issue and no commits for years, this project now seems dead.

This project has been forked recently, see https://github.com/bsi-software/geneclipsetoc. There is no release yet, but it seems they want to release it at https://bsi-software.github.io/geneclipsetoc.
