Layout gets misaligned as you turn pages

Describe the bug
Layout gets misaligned as turn pages. This is with a fresh install with no saved settings.

To Reproduce

1. Delete ~.var/app/com.github.johnfactotum.Foliate to rule out configuration.
2. Open a document and turn pages with mouse or arrow keys.
3. As you go, the width of the pages narrows and no longer center.

Expected behavior
Expected page widths to remain consistent and properly centered.

Edit to add: I use fractional scaling and thought that might be causing the trouble, so I tested again with fractional scaling off and the results are the same.
