Getting the error: Failed to load 403 Forbidden module code@foliate-opds:///opds/main.js:637:33

Describe the bug
When trying to open the catalogs of Feedbooks or Project Gutenberg I get the error:
Failed to load

403 Forbidden
module code@foliate-opds:///opds/main.js:637:33

And when clicking into Internet Archive, it takes a while and then I see:
Failed to load
Load failed
undefined

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Catalogs'
2. Click on either 'Feedbooks, Internet Archive or Project Gutenberg'
3. See the errors

Expected behavior
I expected to see a list of either books or lists of Authors, Titles, Genres and so.
