Cannot launch notebook without filename offline

Running euporie-notebook without arguments when offline gives an error

aiohttp.client_exceptions.ClientConnectorDNSError: Cannot connect to host euporie.readthedocs.io:443 ssl:default [Temporary failure in name resolution]

(version 2.10.4, installed via pipx)

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this.
https://euporie.readthedocs.io/ is the URL of euporie's documentation. This only gets std by euporie if the documentation is opened in the internal browser (e.g. by selecting Help -> Documentation in the menu).

Could there be something in your config file which is causing the documentation to open at startup? I'm a bit unsure what could be causing this

It seems it was trying to open the documentation from the recent files list

The bug no longer occurs after deleting the config file.
