feat(content): author and promote the scientists (roster: 329)
Leibniz to von Neumann, closing the roster's largest scientific gaps — Maxwell in physics, Euler in mathematics, and Leibniz, who was cited in Newton's own facts without existing on the roster. Priority disputes keep their hedges rather than picking a winner: the calculus is 'plus ou moins indépendamment' of Newton, binary is credited to Leibniz with the Harriot clause intact, Lamarckism is 'inaccurately named after him' and 'the idea antedates him'. The French Lamarck article contradicts itself — it dates his retraining to 1790 'à cinquante ans' while giving his birth as 1744, which would make him 45. That episode is on no card.
