Missing libgarmintools.so.4???

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. command garmin_get_info
2. command sudo garmin_get_info
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Don't know what is expected, but get error message instead:
libgarmintools.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Garmintools-0.10 on Kubuntu
Linux 2.6.38-11-generic-pae
KDE 4.7.00
