Change the name

All my other repos have lower case names. Latter does not. It annoys me.

I'm not keen to rename as:

• I think that applications, as opposed to gems and plugins, are ok to have
  humanised names
• renaming would break everyone's remote URLs, which would just annoy
  everyone
