chore(release): bump crate to 0.1.2 for v1.0.20

Bumps the num2words2 workspace crate version (num2words2-core /
num2words2-py) 0.1.1 -> 0.1.2 so the tagged release republishes the
core crate to crates.io alongside the v1.0.20 PyPI wheels carrying the
multi-language sentence ordinal/date feature.
