How to enable Github pages enforce HTTPS?

I'm trying to setup algolia search but it errors out because the site redirects to http.

From what I understand I should check the "Enforce HTTPS" in the Github pages settings. How can I be able to check this option?

HTTPS is already being enforced, presumably by Cloudflare:

I checked also the https and it retuns the http location instead

There's seems to be loop in that case?

It's not a loop, its a just a slightly unconventional set of redirects:

https://common-utils-pkg.js.org/changelog
 http://common-utils-pkg.js.org/changelog/
https://common-utils-pkg.js.org/changelog/

I really can't figure out how to fix this with algolia. Algolia will crawl both http and https but will ignore them since they redirect.

I think you probably need to take this up with Algolia. Your site is behaving in a normal enough way.
