Bump uuid and nyc in /src/node-typescript-exploration (#65)

Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [nyc](https://github.com/istanbuljs/nyc). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `uuid`

Updates `nyc` from 14.1.1 to 18.0.0
