Why does juicefs have relative poor performance on random read?

According to this doc, rand write has 285MiB/s rand write bandwidth, but only 93.6MiB/s rand read bandwidth?

I tried juicefs stats and juicefs profile, from stats I can see rand read have larger fuse latency than rand write

from profile I can see read latency reached to 40-50ms sometimes
