View source dialog scrollbar not lined up properly

I'm not successful getting a screen cap of this, but the scrollbar appears a tiny bit above the bounds of the dialog for me, and set in from the right a bit further than expected, and I cannot click/drag on it. Also, there appears to be a horizontal line at the bottom of the content. Perhaps it's intended to have that fixed above the bottom button bar?

Do you have steps to reproduce? I'm not able to reproduce.

just open a source view and scroll with a mouse or touch gesture. scrollbar goes above the bounds of the dialog
