Installation Error for JupyterLab Version 2.3.1

I am getting an installation error even though I am using JupyterLab v2.3.1 and the dependencies state that it is compatible.

Extension Installation Error

An error occurred installing jupyter-scribe.

Error message: The extension "jupyter-scribe" does not yet support the current version of JupyterLab.

I also run into the same issue and have not found a solution yet.
