Daemon mode: auto-sync on device plug-in

Add a daemon/background service that automatically syncs when an iPod is connected, with optional auto-eject.

Description

A daemon mode would watch for iPod connections and automatically trigger a sync, then optionally eject the device when complete. This enables a seamless plug-sync-unplug workflow.

Use Cases

• Plug in your iPod and walk away — it syncs and ejects automatically
• Background service that runs on login
• Scheduled or event-driven syncing
• Integration with system notifications for sync status

The daemon runs as a Docker service that polls for iPod devices and auto-syncs them when connected. It supports:

• Configurable poll intervals
• Apprise notifications (ntfy, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and more)
• Graceful shutdown (waits for in-progress syncs to finish)
• Docker healthcheck integration
