Sync selection and filtering

Add the ability to select and filter which tracks get synced.

Description

Currently podkit syncs entire collections. This feature would allow fine-grained control over what gets synced — by genre, artist, playlist, rating, or custom filters.

Use Cases

• Sync only specific genres or artists
• Filter by year, rating, or play count
• Include/exclude patterns for file paths
• Playlist-based sync (only sync tracks in specific playlists)
