Distribute podkit via Homebrew for easy installation on macOS and Linux.

Description

Publish podkit as a Homebrew formula so users can install with brew install podkit, getting automatic dependency management (FFmpeg) and simple upgrades.

Use Cases

• brew install podkit — single command install with dependencies
• brew upgrade podkit — simple version upgrades
• Familiar workflow for macOS users

Status

Released in v0.2.0 — install with brew install jvgomg/tap/podkit. The formula is auto-updated on each release.

This is complete and is now the current primary distribution method.

Homebrew distribution shipped in v0.2.0 and has been working well since. Install with:

brew install jvgomg/tap/podkit

Upgrades work via brew upgrade podkit. The formula is auto-updated on each release with new version checksums and platform binaries (macOS ARM, macOS Intel, Linux ARM, Linux x86).
