Daikin Onecta integration connects successfully but no devices are discovered

Hi,

I'm trying to set up the Daikin Onecta integration in Home Assistant, and although the authentication flow works correctly, no devices are being discovered.

Environment
Home Assistant version: 2026.4.1
Installation type: Home Assistant OS
Integration version: 4.4.9
Python version: 3.14.2

What works
OAuth2 authentication completes successfully
Token is valid ("oauth2_token_valid": true)
No errors during setup
API rate limits are being consumed, so communication with Daikin cloud seems OK

Problem

No devices or entities are created.

From diagnostics:

"entities": {}

What I have already checked

Devices are visible and controllable in the Onecta mobile app
Devices appear online
Same email is used in both Onecta app and Daikin Developer portal
Integration has been removed and reconfigured multiple times
Application credentials were recreated
Redirect URI used:
https://my.home-assistant.io/redirect/oauth

Additional info

It looks like the API call for devices returns an empty list (equivalent to /v1/gateway-devices -> []), even though authentication succeeds.

Question

Is there anything else required for devices to appear via the API?
(e.g. product registration, remote service enablement, account type, or region issues)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When making the connection to Daikin there is a webpage with a checkbox to give permission to this integration, did you check that. See #521 for a similar issue

Solution / Workaround

I was able to solve the issue.

It turned out to be related to cached session/cookies from Daikin.

Fix:

• Cleared cookies and site data for all Daikin-related domains
• Restarted the setup process from scratch (including OAuth flow)

After doing this, the integration was able to correctly retrieve the devices.

It seems that stale session data can cause the API to return an empty device list even though authentication succeeds.
