I have one more practical question regarding the physical printing side.
During printing, the nozzle sometimes scrapes along the already printed surface instead of maintaining a small clearance. In some cases it is in continuous contact with the print.
This occasionally causes the extruder to lose its path accuracy or get mechanically disturbed, leading to visible deviations.
Did you encounter this issue in your experiments?
If so, how did you mitigate it?
For example:
Did you use additional mass / counterweight on the toolhead?
Increased Z clearance or safety offset?
Reduced speeds or accelerations?
Or was this not an issue in your setup at all?
I want to understand whether this is an expected side effect of the approach or something specific to my hardware.
