Like issue 119, I would like to use bar assistant for wine and also spirit management (outside of the context of a cocktail). I agree most of the functionality exists to achieve this, being categories and child relationships.
What is missing in my opinion is the ability to add notes and ratings for ingredients. With these two features, the scope of this app would be greatly increased.
This would essentially be a port of the notes and rating system from the cocktails themselves., possibly with a system setting to enable or disable the feature.
My development experience has been primarily C# and other desktop languages, but I am willing to work on this feature if a little guidance can be provided.
