import CRD deduplication inadvertent side-effect

Bug Report

In reference to kcl-lang/modules#351

1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

• download CRDS for cluster-api-provider-aws: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api-provider-aws/tree/main/config/crd/bases
• run kcl import -m crd -s ./bases/** (or wherever else you've downloaded the CRDS
• check that modules/v1beta1 has the *identity.k files, but modules/v1beta2 does not

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

the identity CRDS to exist in both modules/v1beta and modules/v1beta2

3. What did you see instead (Required)

v1beta2 does not contain the identity CRDS

4. What is your KCL components version? (Required)

$ kcl version
v0.12.3

I believe you have experienced the exact same problem as i did with the exact same CRDs: kcl-lang/kcl-openapi#141

There is already a fix in place, but the cli has not been released yet with the latest updates: kcl-lang/kcl-openapi#142
