Understanding a Scaling Event

Hi all,

I have basic CPU and memory scaling configured with KEDA for a given pod (deployment).

I observed an unexplained scale-up event (from 2 to 4 replicas) - it doesn't correlate with the thresholds i've set for the CPU and memory scalers.
I've tried looking into the HPA object events for a reason - but the list empty unfortunately.

Any ideas?
