Numbers input UI of "skeuocard" for iOS10.2.1 and Android6.0.1

We have a web page using "skeuocard", and have trouble at credit card numbers input UI for iOS10.2.1 and Android 6.0.1, whereas we have not had trouble under iOS10.1.1, and Andoird5.

The trouble we have is
*(at iOS 10.2.1)
numeric keypads be disappeared when users start typing credit card numbers, and type of credict cards is distinguished.

*(at Android6)
numeric keypads be changed to keypads not numeric.

We would appreciate if you will teach us solution for this matter.
