Is it possible to generate an image without a mask? I am interested in rMQR R17x99 M without a mask (100 bytes + 60 bytes ECC without a mask)

Yeah, possible.
There is a special flag QR_MASKPATTERN_NONE, but not available on CLI because it's not valid for the standard.

The easiest way to re-compile the CLI program with some modification, for example, changing QR_MASKPATTERN_7 to QR_MASKPATTERN_NONE or whatever around here:

If you don't have a compiler, patching the CLI binary may work and would be fun.
