Is it good if there is a Argo-like mode?

As I've used this Doco-cd for development environments for a while, I faced sometime that I didn't want to update/deploy my services into a target environment via both polling and webhook. Therefore, I have an idea that it should have a synchronization feature like ArgoCD. It will be waiting a human for clicking to deploy/upgrade services into a target instance following its configurations.
