Rounded corners for panel and quick-access terminal?

I'm on Linux and using Niri as my Wayland compositor. My settings include rounded corners on all windows, which Kitty respects when I open an OS window. However, I have a Kitty panel on my second monitor with things like btop and rmpc, and I generally use Kitty through a keyboard shortcut for the quick-access terminal. Since I've got Niri configured to respect window decorations, these have square corners that look a little out of place. It's not the biggest issue, but is there a setting I'm missing somewhere to force Kitty to use rounded corners in these modes?

Edit: I should also specify that asking Niri to ignore client-side decorations doesn't cause a change in this behavior.

panels dont draw window decorations.

Sort of what I figured, but wasn't sure if there was a way to force them. Oh well, thanks for replying!
