Simple custom dynamic terminal title in Kitty

This isn't so much about the fanciness than it is 'I finally got it to work' - hopefully it proves to be a minimal reproducible example for others wanting to achieve similar results but who are struggling with the basics.

My objective was to show only the innermost directory, not the full path, as it actually helps distinguish tabs between each other.
