Open .kbitx file from macOS Finder also results in New Bitmap Font window appearing

1. Open .kbitx file from macOS Finder
2. New Bitmap Font window appears (first)
3. my_font.kbitx window appears (second)

Expected

• New Bitmap Font window should be skipped if app is opening a file
• Just the file I opened to be displayed

Issues

• Looks unsightly
• Gets in the way of automation

Workaround

• Ignore the New Bitmap Font window
