SmileBASIC Special Characters #114

Description

@oshaboy

SmileBASIC (Formally Petit Computer) is a modern basic interpreter for Nintendo Systems. The DSi version used a codepage with unique graphical characters. once Unicode support was added these graphical characters were moved to the PUA and more characters were added.

Edit: I forgot to actually say anything about how it related to relay-fonts didn't I.

I feel like these are like the Pico-8 characters and would fit quite well in Fairfax. There's also quite a community around SmileBASIC
