Support filtering by time range in k8s-triage #37560

Description

@sbueringer

What would you like to be added:

I'm wondering if there is any way to include/exclude specific time ranges or days on k8s-triage today (but I think there isn't).
I'm aware that I can select a date and then I'll get the last ~ 2 weeks but that doesn't cover my use case.

Why is this needed:

My problem is that sometimes we have issues in CI (like e.g. recently when there was a change in kubekins), but then for the next two weeks we have a lot of noise and it's hard to filter that out if there are a lot of different test failures / error messages.

Example: https://storage.googleapis.com/k8s-triage/index.html?date=2026-07-22&job=.*cluster-api.*e2e.*main&xtext=Unable%20to%20run%20conformance%20tests%7CThere%20were%20additional%20failures%20detected%20after%20the%20initial%20failure.%20These%20are%20visible%20in%20the%20timeline&xjob=.*-provider-.*

It would be very helpful if there would be a way to filter out all results ~ before 15th July so we can easily look through the failures that happened afterwards without having to wait until ~ 29th July.

It would be great if we could have additional include/exclude time filters
