Add missing Helm chart values in the questions.yml

We have some configurations available in the Helm charts values which are not exposed in the questions.yml file due some Rancher UI issues. That prevents us from properly write the question in the file that allows Rancher users from having a nice UI to configure the charts values. This issue has been open to keep track of the Rancher issues that are preventing us from writing the questions.yml and, after fixed the issues, update the questions files to have the missing the configuration.

Rancher issue to keep eye on it:

• questions.yaml type: yaml is broken in several ways rancher/dashboard#10814
• Clean questions.yaml variable once the selected type is not selected anymore rancher/dashboard#10815
• Feature: port Kubewarden UI question's sequenceType to dashboard rancher/dashboard#10826
• Feature: port Kubewarden UI question's hide_input: true to dashboard rancher/dashboard#10827

Acceptance criteria

• Fix Expose anti-affinity, PDB, limits and requests in questions.yaml #418
• Expose global.tolerations values in question.yml
• Expose global.affinity values in questions.yml
• Expose recommended policies configuration in the questions.yml
