Liz supports TLS verification for external MCP servers starting from v1.1.0-alpha.1.
Add a value to toggle the Liz integration. When enabled, move the install namespace to cattle-rancher-ai, including the deployment, service account, and cert-manager resources, so the TLS secret is generated in the same namespace. Configure Liz's TLS by pointing it to the cert secret.
We also need to create the matching AIAgentConfig and update the docs.
