* Refresh tojemoc project showcase; mark nixies discontinued

Keep the TO JE MOC glitch hero and list current org projects with
live/repo links. Replace the nixies landing page with a discontinued notice.

* Rebuild jakubdobos.eu as a curated personal portfolio

Replace the Bootstrap placeholder with a broadcast-focused portfolio
drawn from the CV: current ČT role, condensed career path, selected
projects, toolkit, and esports clients. Includes CV portrait asset.

* Fix a11y review findings on jakubdobos and tojemoc

Keep path entries visible until IntersectionObserver is ready, harden
reduced-motion (no smooth scroll / hover transforms), improve primary
button hover contrast, and add project aria-labels while matching
mobile focus order on tojemoc.
