feat(site): add Replicas and EmbedPDF to the proof wall.

Replicas joins production, EmbedPDF joins built-into (their v3
@cloudpdf/server depends on kysely at runtime; proof pinned to their
manifest). Both get marks; existing evidence links re-pinned to current
HEADs by pnpm proof-links.
