Add Scoop package support for easier installation on Windows #49

Description

@gizrak

Hello,

First of all, I want to say that I really like this tool — it’s clean, powerful, and supports multiple installation methods such as source build and Cargo.

Since it already supports Homebrew, Cargo, and other package managers, I think it would be great to also provide Scoop support for Windows users. Scoop is a popular, lightweight package manager for Windows that makes installing and updating CLI tools very convenient.

Benefits of adding Scoop support:

  1. Easier installation for Windows users without needing to build from source
  2. Simple updates via scoop update all-smi
  3. Wider adoption among Windows-based developers and system administrators

Possible approaches:

  1. Add all-smi to the official Scoop main bucket
  2. Or create and maintain a custom Scoop bucket for this project

Thank you for considering this suggestion, and I appreciate all the work you’ve put into developing and maintaining this tool!
