Dashboard visual redesign: layout order, light theme, charts, polish

- Reorder sections: KPI → concentration → track → charts; focus/brief move below the grid, brief collapses to 560px with expand toggle
- Top Theme KPI gets a two-line text variant (no more "CPO / phot…")
- Chart colors via CSS variables so light theme finally matches legend/table; bubbles now encode research priority with a small legend
- Composition chart switches from fixed 0-400 ticks to adaptive nice-ticks
- Track Record empty state becomes a skeleton with a Pending pill
- Theme switch crossfades (250ms); window changes get a light refresh fade
- Light theme: nested-surface hierarchy, active-state fixes, pill/tooltip/glow cleanups, stronger mention bars
- Tables: numeric headers right-aligned, sticky-header bottom edge, themed rank color
- Type: weights consolidated to 700/800/900, system font stack, zh label tracking
- Quick wins: favicon+og meta, green up-sparklines, custom select arrows, thin scrollbars, :active feedback, brief chevrons, donut edge guards, bubble axis ticks + label declutter
- Remove dead lineChart/attachDetailChartHandlers and their CSS
