[Docs] Update outdated Google Season of Docs stipend mention in Newcomers Onboarding Form

Description

During my newcomers onboarding flow on layer5.io/community/newcomers, I noticed that the compensation section still mentions Google Season of Docs (GSoD) individual student stipends. Since GSoD has changed its structure and no longer operates under a direct student stipend model like GSoC, this mention is outdated and can confuse new contributors.

I have already located the exact file and line that needs to be updated:

• File: src/sections/Community/Web-based-from/index.js (Line 592)

Proposed Solution

I think we have two ways to fix this:

1. We can just completely remove the "or Google Season of Docs" part. This is probably the cleanest way because it keeps the sentence short and focused only on GSoC and LFX, which are our active student programs.
2. Or, we can keep it but add a small sentence explaining that GSoD has a different grant-based structure so new student applicants don't get confused.

I'd be happy to fix it whichever way the maintainers prefer!

I am ready to implement whichever option the maintainers prefer once assigned!
