複製一個version文件進去
把內容改成3.38.1
Copy a version file into the folder
and change the content to 3.38.1.

@leoafarias, my guess is that the built-in FVM version may be a little too old

Copy this script fix_version.sh to the versions folder and run ./fix_version.sh

It will automatically generate a version file for each subdirectory
