FedoraInfrastructure commits not appearing

Since 2012-08-18 our commits don't seem to be showing up in cia. 

Nothing has changed on our end hook wise. I see emails going out to cia fine, 
but they never appear in the web interface or are announced by the irc bot. 

Happy to gather more info or try things.
