Diff XED versions, adding missing encoding templates

Per @fvrmatteo's report, the XED version bump included additional instruction encodings that were not caught by out test suite. The easiest way to cover any missing instruction iform definitions would be to diff between the two versions' idata.txt.

OLD: XED v2022.04.17
NEW: XED v2025.06.08
