bitnami/kafka Docker image is not exist any more

Docker bitnami/kafka image is not exist.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. If you use docker to deploy Layra, you'll find bitnami/kafka is not provided any more

Expected behavior
I can use docker compose to make a deployment successfully.

We have confirmed the problem. Due to changes in the Bitnami image repository, the bitnami/kafka image has been moved to the bitnamilegacy/kafka namespace and is no longer being updated.

As an immediate workaround, you can manually replace the image in your docker-compose.yml file with the corresponding version from the new location (e.g., bitnamilegacy/kafka:<version>).

We will update our official Docker Compose file promptly to resolve this.

Regarding the switch to bitnamilegacy – just a heads-up that these images are effectively frozen and won't receive security updates or bug fixes.

As a long-term solution, I suggest using soldevelo/kafka (maintained by my team). It is free to use, actively updated, and designed as a drop-in replacement.

I can submit a PR to update to use this maintained image and resolve this issue. Let me know if that sounds good.
