C++ Standard Library Support

I've been struggling to figure out which parts, if any, of the C++ Standard Library are supported. I have a project which includes extensively, which ends up just throwing a file not found error.

Are you on Mac? I found a partial way around it being to preprocess the file first with clang -E then run cgeist on it.

However I've had better luck building and running on linux (emphasis on 'better' and not 'good')
