Collaborative Cameras

I'd love to share a side project where we can capture images & video simultaneously from a number of devices (your phones!). We'll touch on some of the challenges of distributed data capture and how we can synchronise content captured from a variety of devices.

Things I used that I could talk about: UserMedia, MediaCapture, Cloudflare (Durable workers, D1, Images & Stream).

We are resuming LNUG meetups at last - it's been a helluva year - and glad to be back to normal. We have a date and venue for 24 September - and are planning for October and November too. Would you be interested in bringing your talk?

Hey @admataz - yep, I'm pretty good thanks. Glad to hear you're getting LNUG meetups going again, I've loved coming along previously!

I moved to Dublin a few months ago, so it's not so easy for me to attend. There's a chance I might be able to sync up a trip for a future event though. Are you aiming for last Wednesdays of the month?

That's great - hope you're enjoying life in Dublin. Nice city. I'm occasionally there for meetings - and have a few work colleagues there from Nearform - I think there's a semi regular local node meetup they organise (or used to) - worth checking out.

We are generally 4th Wednesday of the month - which is usually the last wednesday, but not always 😄 - I'll confirm our upcoming dates and let you know. Hopefully we can welcome you back.
